Holidays – The agency observes 11 paid holidays as detailed in the employee handbook.

Annual Leave & Sick Leave – Accrued monthly based on the following schedule:

Health Insurance – 100% of Employees Premium is paid by CCS. Currently we have Avera Health Plan. You can add your family at your own expense at the following rates as of 7-1-24:
Adding spouse – $549.45 per month – $274.73 per pay period
Adding children – $414.21 per month – $207.11 per pay period
Adding family – $1029.90 per month – $515.95 per pay period

Life Insurance – CCS provides a $15,000 life insurance per full time employee. CCS pays 100% of the premium. This is through Companion Life.
