Why I choose CCS
“I was drawn by wanting to help people succeed at their pace and encouraging others to help themselves. I believe people deserve a chance to change and recover as much time as they need till something takes hold. Everyone deserves to have their own counseling experience, make their own goals, and work at their Stage of Change. This is what I believe is offered at CCS. I am drawn to getting to know people and their different roles or place in life while trying to assist them to better themselves when they are ready.”
“CCS has offered me chances to change and grow with in-house training and offering specialized training to best assist the communities we serve. They are always evolving to better themselves along with challenging us to be better at our job. This assists us in being better at what we do and offering the community, especially during COVID, and learning new technology and health records to best serve us as a worker, people in the community, and community partners.”
