Meet Me

Troy Soat started at Community Counseling in April of 2024. Troy has worked to become a counselor-in-training because of his own personal experiences with the power of counseling and therapy. Troy believes strongly in therapeutic relationship and making sure he’s a good fit for your needs so that you can share your story comfortably and properly. Troy meets with all sorts of clients who are ready to work on a wide number of issues, but can be especially helpful for those navigating the challenges of young adulthood and new phases of life, those who are members of the LGBTQ2IA+ community, and those who want to work on better identifying their feelings and learn tools to make those feelings helpful.

Why I choose CCS

“I choose CCS  for two reasons. The first is that their mission aligns with my own values and beliefs that anyone who needs counseling should get it. The second is that CCS empowers and supports me both as an individual and a professional with incredible encouragement, flexibility, and enthusiasm to serve our clients to the best of my ability.”
